Project Coordinator Job Type Full Time , Onsite Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA Experience: 4 years Location Borno Job Field NGO/Non-Profit , Project and Program Management Role purpose To lead day-to-day implementation of the project; coordinating activities, field operations and reporting across the seven target LGAs, and serving as the operational anchor beneath the Project Manager. Key responsibilities: Lead delivery of the project workplan and coordinate activities across the seven target LGAs. Coordinate field operations, scheduling and logistics with Project Officers and field teams. Consolidate activity, monitoring and donor-reporting inputs and prepare progress reports. Liaise with government, community and coalition stakeholders alongside the PM and Advocacy Officer. Track deliverables against the logframe and support budget-aligned activity planning. Uphold safeguarding, data-protection and donor-compliance standards across all activities. Qualification & Specification Essential Bachelor's degree in development, education, project management, social sciences or a related field (master's an advantage). At least 4 years' experience: coordinating donor-funded projects, ideally in conflict-affected Northeast Nigeria. Proven activity coordination, field management and report-writing skills. Strong stakeholder management; fluency in English; Hausa and/or Kanuri strongly preferred. Desirable Experience: in girls' education, gender, or policy/budget advocacy programming.
