Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, including employment, vendor, service, lease, and partnership agreements. Ensure compliance with hospitality, labour, corporate, tax, health and safety, and other applicable laws. Advise on employment matters, disciplinary issues, grievances, and workplace disputes. Manage legal disputes, litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities. Review and update company policies to ensure legal compliance. Advise on guest complaints, liability claims, insurance matters, and risk management. Protect the company's legal interests in property, licensing, and regulatory matters. Conduct legal compliance training and provide legal guidance to all departments.
