The successful candidate will oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Laboratory Operations, Compliance, Product Release, Supplier Quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Control Manager to lead our Quality function and ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Quality Assurance & Control Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present quality dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to support decision-making, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies. Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, including laboratory operations, material inspection, testing, product release, quarantine management, CAPA, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis. Lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and sustained compliance across manufacturing operations. Drive product quality and operational excellence by improving production yield, reducing waste, scrap, rework, and the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), while promoting Right First Time (RFT) manufacturing. Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization. Manage customer and supplier quality by investigating complaints, implementing corrective actions, monitoring supplier performance, and partnering with Procurement and Supply Chain to improve material quality. Requirements: Root Cause Analysis GMP and Regulatory Compliance Power BI Statistical Process Control (SPC) Microsoft Excel ISO Standards Quality Management Systems (QMS) ERP Systems Minimum of 7–10 years' experience: in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment. Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma, or other Quality Management certifications will be an added advantage. CAPA Management Laboratory and Testing Operations Demonstrated experience: managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, compliance programmes, and quality improvement initiatives. Process Validation and Risk Management At least 3–5 years' experience: leading quality teams. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills What Success Looks Like: The successful candidate will contribute to: Reduced customer complaints and product rejection rates Strong audit and regulatory compliance performance Improved Right First Time (RFT) performance Enhanced supplier quality performance Lower waste, scrap, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) A high-performing quality team that supports operational excellence.
