Key Responsibilities: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and infrastructure projects. Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures. Evaluate emerging networking technologies to improve performance, resilience, and security. Conduct network risk and vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation measures. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and IT support staff.
