We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Banking Software Implementation & Support Officer (Experienced) Location: Surulere, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Role You'll be the technical and functional bridge between ISSL's engineering team and client operations staff, ensuring smooth go-lives and reliable day-to-day support. We're looking for an experienced Implementation & Support Officer to lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of IntegraBanking for our financial institution clients — primarily microfinance banks and finance houses. Responsibilities: Support CBN regulatory compliance rollouts (e.g., AML/CFT/CPF reporting features) at client sites Provide first- and second-line production support to existing bank/finance house clients, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering for escalations Lead end-to-end implementation of IntegraBanking at client sites: requirements: gathering, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support Configure core banking parameters (chart of accounts, product setup, interest/charges rules, workflow approvals) to match each client's operational requirements: Act as a trusted technical point of contact for client operations and IT teams.
