The organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership, optimize capital allocation, support investment decisions, and drive sustainable business growth across its diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead corporate finance strategy, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop financial models for investments, acquisitions, and capital projects. Conduct feasibility studies, business valuations, and investment appraisals. Support fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and capital management. Provide commercial insights to support executive decision-making and business expansion. Drive financial performance analysis, risk management, governance, and compliance. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA or Master's Degree in Finance is an added advantage. ACA, ACCA, CFA, or a related professional qualification is highly preferred. 8–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Private Equity, Commercial Finance, or FP&A. Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, capital raising, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
