Serve as the primary operational bridge between senior board leadership, editorial heads, studio managers, and strategic brand partners. Operational Excellence & Media Production Governance: Establish, standardize, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), content quality standards, and digital release workflows across all divisions. Ensure full legal compliance, intellectual property governance, and media regulation adherence across all operating platforms. Direct day-to-day business and media operations to ensure seamless execution across magazine publication, podcast production, and digital broadcasting. Lead corporate manpower planning, studio talent structuring, production team management, and executive performance optimization. Financial Growth & Monetization Management: Implement data-driven KPI tracking frameworks to minimize administrative and production overhead while maximizing return on investment (ROI). Manage operational budgets, studio resource allocation, media sponsorship deals, quarterly forecasting, and production efficiency. Drive revenue expansion, operational cost optimization, and profitability across print, digital, and broadcast channels in line with board mandates. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion: Represent CEO Drawing Board Limited at high-level executive media events, franchise exhibitions, and strategic networking summits. Identify and capitalize on emerging regional and international franchise media opportunities across Africa, the GCC, Europe, and global markets. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate leaders, franchise executives, studio guests, advertising partners, and global syndication networks. Requirements: Financial & Media Monetization Acumen: Proven expertise in P&L management, media budgeting, advertising/sponsorship sales, broadcast distribution, and yield tracking. Strategic Execution: Track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams (editorial, production, sales), overseeing strategic media campaigns, and driving brand reach.
