We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Storekeeper Location: Wuse Zone 3, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Industry:ICT (Dealers of Computer and Accessories) Work Days: Mondays to Saturday (8am to 7:30pm) Timeline: 19/08/2026 Job Summary They will ensure proper stock management, monitor inventory levels, maintain organized storage, and support the efficient movement of office equipment, IT products, and other store items while ensuring compliance with company inventory control procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records within the store. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and properly record all incoming stock and materials. Verify the quality and quantity of items received from suppliers. Perform any other store-related duties as assigned by Management. Ensure compliance with the company's inventory control policies and procedures. Keep the store clean, organized, and secure at all times. Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of all inventory items. Monitor damaged, obsolete, or expired items and report them accordingly. Store products in an organized, safe, and accessible manner. Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements promptly. Issue items only against properly authorized requests. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports. Monitor stock levels and notify Management of low stock or reorder requirements. Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure timely availability of stock. Requirements: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of ICT products and their specifications. Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations. Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain accountability for company inventory and company assets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, for inventory tracking and reporting. Proven experience: managing inventory for ICT products, office equipment, computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, accessories, and office stationery. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 1–2 years' experience: as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or in a similar role. Experience: using inventory management or ERP software is an added advantage. Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills. Remuneration N120,000 / month.
