The successful candidate will support engineering design, technical documentation, project coordination, site-related activities and client deliverables across a range of engineering and construction projects. We are seeking a competent and motivated Engineer to join our engineering consulting and project management team in Lekki Phase One, Lagos. Key Responsibilities: Work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders. Support project planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting. Assist with engineering design, drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documentation. Review technical information and help ensure project deliverables meet applicable standards and client requirements. Prepare professional reports, correspondence, schedules, presentations and other project documentation. Identify technical issues and support the team in developing practical engineering solutions. Prepare, review and update engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD. Participate in site inspections, technical meetings and project progress assessments as required. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Good analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) in Engineering from a recognized institution. Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering background is preferred. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, with the ability to produce and interpret engineering drawings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is necessary. Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering, consulting, construction or project-related work experience. Preferred Attributes: Willingness to learn, take responsibility and develop professionally. Professional, proactive and results-oriented approach to work. High level of integrity, reliability and commitment to quality. Ability to communicate confidently with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams. Strong interest in engineering consulting and project management.
