Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operational activities of the organisation across all business units, including paid and free training, counselling sessions, community engagements, events and resource centre operations. Supervise and provide direction to the project manager, client management executive, executive assistant and other job functions within the institute. Ensure that all programs, events and organisational activities are properly planned, coordinated, executed and documented. Develop and implement operational systems, processes and standards to improve efficiency and service delivery. Coordinate internal workflow across teams to ensure proper communication, accountability and timely delivery of tasks. Monitor the execution of training calendars, event plans, client communication processes and CEO support activities. Review operational plans and provide approvals, guidance, and escalation support where necessary.
