Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Execute and optimize the company's affiliate marketing program to drive player acquisition and business growth. Source, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, building strong relationships to maximize long-term performance. Manage the company's affiliate program on Affnook, ensuring accurate campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and partner management. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze acquisition metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve player quality, conversions, and return on investment. Negotiate affiliate partnership agreements, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commission structures. Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, promotional assets, and affiliate initiatives. Monitor affiliate traffic quality and ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies, responsible gambling standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to support the continued growth of the affiliate channel. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing, preferably within the sports betting or gaming industry. Experience managing affiliate platforms such as Affnook or similar platforms Strong knowledge of affiliate models, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commission structures. Proven ability to source, onboard, and manage affiliate partners while building strong long-term relationships Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize acquisition campaigns. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
