Source, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, building strong relationships to maximize long-term performance. Manage the company's affiliate program on Affnook, ensuring accurate campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and partner management. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze acquisition metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve player quality, conversions, and return on investment. Negotiate affiliate partnership agreements, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commission structures. Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, promotional assets, and affiliate initiatives.
