The successful candidate will be responsible fordriving sales and revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, acquiring new customers/distributors, developing new markets and managing key business relationships. Qualifications & Requirements: Excellent negotiation, customer relationship and business development skills. Strong understanding of route-to-market and territory expansion. Proximity to Lekki, Lagos is a key consideration. Experience: in FMCG, bakery, bread distribution, food distribution, beverages or related consumer goods is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of distributors, wholesalers, retailers and general trade. Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive sales and revenue targets. Proven experience: specifically within bread / bakery distribution will be a significant advantage. Proven experience: managing distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts Strong experience: in FMCG, preferably bakery/bread distribution. Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills. Highly target-driven, proactive and commercially minded. Must be available for immediate resumption. Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. 5 –10 years of strong, relevant professional experience: in Business Development, Sales or Commercial Management.
