Identify and develop partnerships with fintechs, payment platforms, e-hailing companies, e-commerce businesses, digital lenders, telecommunications companies, and other digital platforms. Prepare partnership proposals, business cases, financial projections, commercial offers, and implementation plans. Coordinate partner negotiations, due diligence, onboarding, system integration, testing, product launch, and performance reviews. Work with relevant teams to develop simple, affordable microinsurance products embedded within partner platforms and customer journeys. Manage digital sales campaigns and monitor enrolment, premium collection, policy activation, conversion, renewal, and profitability. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
