This leadership role is responsible for identifying and converting EPC, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and other technical service opportunities while building long-term client relationships and leading a high-performing Business Development function. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, QHSE, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor opportunity pipelines and deliver against revenue and growth targets. Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities across West Africa. Lead bid strategy, proposal oversight, and contract negotiations. Lead and develop the Business Development and Tender teams. Identify, qualify, and convert EPC, O&M, and technical service opportunities. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems. Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives. Requirements: Minimum of 15 years' experience: in business development, commercial, or strategic leadership roles within the energy industry. Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated success in securing EPC and O&M contracts. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of Nigeria's energy sector, regulatory landscape, and key industry stakeholders.
