Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily manned guarding operations, deployments, site supervision, and service delivery. Ensure compliance with SOPs, post orders, company policies, service standards, and ISO requirements. Manage client relationships, resolve complaints, and provide security advisory support. Conductsecurity risk and threat assessmentsand recommend mitigation measures. Lead incident investigations, emergency response, and corrective actions. Supervise Operations Coordinators, Patrol Supervisors, Contract Managers, and security operatives. Monitor team performance, discipline, training, induction, and staff development.
