Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the Company's financial strategy. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Strengthen internal controls and financial governance. Drive profitability through financial analysis and business insights. Lead and develop the finance team while partnering with executive management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA/Master's is an advantage). Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent). 7–10 years' experience: in senior finance leadership roles (Banking experience: is preferred). Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and financial strategy. Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
