Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate shift supervisors, machine operators, and assembly workers. Requirements: Higher certifications and qualifications are an advantage. Possess a minimum of 8 years' practical experience, 5 of which must have been obtained from plastics manufacturing companies B.ENG./HND in Engineering or Natural Sciences Skill Set Attention to details Ability to work independently with little supervision.
