We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to be responsible for financial planning and analysis, investment evaluation, cash flow and liquidity management, budgeting (including cash budgets), preparation of financial statements, and strategic financial management. Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments. Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and audit requirements. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls. Supervise bank and account reconciliations. Support and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports. Maintain fixed asset registers and financial records. Monitor cash flow, investments, and cost optimization initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is required. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, payroll, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrable ability to prepare investment analysis reports, manage cash flow and improve liquidity, prepare cash budgets and prepare accurate financial statements.
