The ideal candidate must have a strong accounting background within the construction or engineering industry, possess a relevant professional accounting certification, and be available to resume immediately. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory agencies. Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures across construction and engineering projects. Support management with financial planning and other accounting-related responsibilities. Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses to support management decisions. Process payroll, statutory remittances, and tax filings in compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for all financial transactions. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements. Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and relevant legislation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Requirements: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting. Professional accounting certification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is mandatory. Must be able to resume immediately. Minimum of 3–5years of accounting experience, with significant experience: in the construction or engineering industry. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
