The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, staff welfare, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support and coordinate the organization’s human resources activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Support training and development initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and internal HR policies. Monitor employee engagement, welfare, and workplace concerns. Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures. Coordinate staff attendance, leave, performance appraisal, and other HR activities. Requirements: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems. Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. 3–5 years of relevant HR experience: within healthcare environment At least 1 year of experience: in a supervisory or team-lead capacity is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. N250,000 per month.
