What You’ll Be Doing Partner with HR and business leaders to navigate employment and labour law matters, supporting fair, consistent and legally sound decisions. Build strong relationships across the business while improving legal operations, reporting, awareness and stakeholder understanding of key legal issues. Help the business move forward with confidence by providing practical legal advice on commercial opportunities, contracts and business decisions. Negotiate and shape commercial agreements that create value while balancing commercial ambition with appropriate risk management. Lead litigation, arbitration and dispute matters to achieve timely, effective outcomes that protect the company's interests and reputation.
