Develop and implement marketing activities to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and support sales growth. Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging market trends. Identify and pursue sales opportunities by generating leads, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets. Monitor and report sales performance by maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and providing feedback on marketing effectiveness. Collaborate with the store team to ensure promotional campaigns, product displays, and customer engagement activities align with business objectives.
