It is the only Nigerian newspaper with a bureau in Accra, Ghana. It has both daily and Sunday titles. It circulates in Nigeria and Ghana. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Economic Analyst – BDTV Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities: Monitor market and policy developments to provide timely reaction pieces and analysis. Contribute to BDTV programming through on-air analysis, panel discussions, and data-driven segments Collaborate with editorial and production teams to identify timely, relevant economic stories Translate complex economic developments into clear, accessible commentary for a broad audience Research, analyze and interpret macroeconomic and microeconomic data (inflation, GDP, exchange rates, fiscal and monetary policy) for on-air and digital content Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (a Master's degree is an advantage) Prior experience: in economic research, financial journalism, or broadcast analysis is an advantage Confident on-camera presence and strong communication skills Ability to work under tight broadcast deadlines.
