Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals (breakfast and lunch) for staff and management in accordance with company schedules and hygiene standards. Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs promptly. Monitor kitchen inventory, track food supplies, and compile shopping lists to prevent shortages and minimize waste. Accommodate dietary restrictions and special meal requirements: when necessary. Collaborate with administrative and facility teams to manage canteen operations smoothly.
