We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Analyst Location : Lagos Job Responsibilities: Supplier & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with equipment distributors, vendors, dealers, and other stakeholders while sourcing products, confirming availability, obtaining updated pricing, and keeping OEM product listings up to date. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. Operational Excellence: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, execute tasks accurately, communicate progress proactively, and escalate issues where necessary. Procurement & Order Management: Coordinate procurement activities, including order tracking, supplier follow-ups, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Inventory & Data Management: Maintain accurate supplier databases, inventory records, pricing information, OEM product sheets, and order tracking documents to ensure data accuracy. Sales & Customer Operations: Engage and qualify customer enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, support customer onboarding, and track sales performance across assigned portfolios.
