He will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and commercial performance of the resort. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead operations and drive growth while upholding our values of excellence, sustainability, and hospitality. Responsibilities: Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused work culture Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners Ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability Work with marketing to promote the resort and manage online presence Review financial reports and operational figures regularly Oversee all resort departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security, and entire operations Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resort aesthetics while resolving guest complaints and maintaining compliance with all health and regulatory requirements. Oversee events, weddings, and group bookings to maximize revenue Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and profitability Requirements: Master’s Degree/MBA is an advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Must reside or be willing to relocate to Abeokuta.
