We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Business Partner Location : Ososa, Ogun Job Type: Full Time Job Purpose The Finance Business Partner is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all activities related to the role, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, cost optimization, risk management and achievement of departmental and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide commercial and financial support for new business initiatives, capital investments, pricing decisions and business cases. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing timely variance analysis and actionable recommendations. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes for assigned business functions. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual management reports highlighting key financial and operational performance indicators. Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Drive profitability by identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization and operational efficiency. Develop robust financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, product profitability and strategic projects. Qualifications First Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related discipline Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience: on similar role. Professional Certification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc. is required Required Skills & Competencies: Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage. Strong understanding of FMCG manufacturing operations, supply chain and cost drivers.
