Key Responsibilities: Evaluate existing workflows and recommend automation opportunities to improve productivity and reduce manual effort. Conduct root cause analysis on verification delays, customer complaints, and operational issues. Gather, document, and validate business requirements: for verification-related projects and system enhancements. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management using operational data. Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and compliance improvements Ensure verification procedures align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and KYC/AML standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as verification turnaround time, approval rates, rejection rates, and backlog volumes. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new verification tools, CRM enhancements, and workflow changes. Provide data-driven insights to improve customer onboarding experience: and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Customer Support, Product, and IT teams to optimize verification processes. Identify trends, risks, and process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions. Support implementation of new technologies and third-party verification solutions. Translate regional and global regulatory changes (e.g., updated local proof-of-address rules, source-of-wealth limits) into actionable system changes and team processes. Analyze the end-to-end client verification and onboarding process to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Requirements: & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. Domain Knowledge: Intimate familiarity with KYC processes (Proof of ID, Proof of Address, Corporate Onboarding, and Source of Wealth verification). Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong Excel or Google Sheet capabilities. Experience: 2+ years of experience: as a Business/Operations Analyst. Experience: in Forex, FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services’ verification department is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily translate complex compliance mandates into simple operational steps.
