We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Supervisor / Team Lead Location: Lagos Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Description The Supervisor is responsible for driving SCALE mPower operations within an assigned Local Government Area. This role oversees transport park onboarding, TSR recruitment and management, loan disbursement and collections, relationship management, and overall project performance for the region. The ideal candidate must have strong field experience, excellent people management skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with park leaders and loan applicants. Park & Regional Operations: Onboard and manage Parks within the assigned region, ensuring full compliance with mPower operational standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with Park Chairmen, Cluster leaders, Collections and Recovery Officers, and key community stakeholders. Ensure accurate documentation for all parks and loan applicants. TSR Recruitment & Management: Conduct training, app onboarding, and ensure TSRs submit all required documentation. Recruit, onboard, and manage TSRs (Territory Sales Representatives) within the region. Monitor daily activities of TSRs to ensure adherence to processes and high performance. Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actionwhen necessary. Loan Disbursement & Collections: Coordinate loan disbursement processes and support efficient collections across parks in the local governments. Work closely with Finance, Compliance and Collections teams to ensure smooth regional loan operations. Track repayment behaviour and escalate defaults or issues promptly. Field Monitoring & Compliance: Identify operational risks, fraudulent behaviour, or documentation gaps and escalate immediately. Conduct field visits to verify park activities, TSR performance, and adherence to loan procedures. Reporting & Performance Management: Monitor KPIs such as TSR productivity, loan conversion rates, repayment rates, and park coverage. Prepare and submit weekly regional performance reports to management (TSR output, loan disbursements, collections, park status). Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution: Represent the company within the region and uphold the brand’s values and professionalism. Resolve escalations related to TSRs, loan applicants, or parks and ensure timely feedback to management. Support customer relations for loan applicants within the region. Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years' experience: in a similar field-based or regional operations role. Excellent sales, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Proven ability to recruit and lead TSRs or field agents. People management skills and the ability to supervise diverse individuals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum of 2 years’ experience: in field operations, agent management, or grassroots project execution.
