Monitor and record daily stock levels of lubricants in the warehouse. Receive and verify product deliveries against waybills, loading documents and purchase orders, ensuring quantities and quality meet specifications before acceptance. Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements, including transfers, returns and adjustments. Collect, count, record, bank and safely keep all daily cash sales of the station. Prepare daily/monthly POS reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy of receipt of funds. Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly stock reports to the finance team. Identify and promptly report stock discrepancies, variances, losses or suspected theft to the Station Manager. Perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: & Qualifications B.Sc / HND Degree 2–3 years of experience: in a similar or related role Attention to detail Clear and accurate written and spoken communication Ability to work effectively in a team setting Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
