Set out tile layouts, levels, and patterns accurately. Supervise all tiling works, including floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, and external areas. Train and mentor junior tilers on best practices. Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment. Ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment while minimizing waste. Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Prepare daily site progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager/Site Engineer. Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing, alignment, levelling, and grouting. Requirements: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs. Proven experience: managing site teams and delivering quality workmanship. Minimum of 5 years' experience: supervising tiling works on building construction projects. Strong knowledge of ceramic, porcelain, granite, marble, and mosaic tile installation.
