The successful candidate is willing to take on specialized responsibilities: tailored to the local environment and the unique needs of the school. Requirements: Candidate must possess strong moral values and discipline. Minimum of three (3) years uninterrupted teaching experience: in an international school. Candidate must be a University graduate with a first degree, preferably B.Ed or its equivalent, from a reputable tertiary institution. Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is required. Must be a Christian with basic Christian experience. In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian and British curricula and expertise in international curricula like Cambridge IGCSE, A-Levels, etc. Understanding of the relevant laws and regulations governing the provision of educational services in Nigeria. Knowledge of the Nigerian National Policy on Education. Effective communication skills. Master's Degree in Educational Management and Planning or a professional qualification in education: or any other related certification will be an advantage. He/She must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent diction and experience: in WAEC and IGCSE curricula. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to professionally and effectively communicate with educators, parents, and community leaders.
