We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Field Marketer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers. Assist customers with the loan application process and ensure required information and documentation are provided. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and loan applications. Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Follow up with prospective customers and leads to convert inquiries into successful loan applications. Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets. Represent the company professionally during field marketing and customer engagement activities. Identify and generate new customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field sales activities.
