Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Internship & Graduate Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Internship & Graduate - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Business Research and Analysis: Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support consulting projects. Gather and analyze business data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, and presentations. Support the evaluation of client business processes and operational performance. Client Support and Engagement: Assist consultants in managing client relationships and communications. Participate in client meetings, consultations, and business reviews. Follow up with clients regarding project updates, feedback, and requirements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project activities. Business Development Support: Identify potential business opportunities and prospective clients. Assist in generating leads and supporting client acquisition activities. Support the preparation of business development proposals and presentations. Participate in networking events, seminars, and business meetings when required. Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of consulting projects. Assist in coordinating project schedules, timelines, and deliverables. Track project progress and prepare status reports for management. Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated. Administrative and Operational Support Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans. Organize business documents, reports, and consulting materials. Support day-to-day office and consulting operations. Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management. Learning and Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs. Develop knowledge of business consulting methodologies and best practices. Learn organizational development, strategic planning, and business management techniques. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging business practices. Requirements: Minimum of an OND or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field. Previous internship or business-related experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good presentation and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
