Monitor product adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability. Use data and analytics to drive product irnprovements and custorner engagement. Partner with Compliance, IT and Operations to manage regulatory, operational and technology risks. Develop product business cases, budgets, forecasts and performance reports for management.
