We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Cook to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation. The ideal candidate must be smart, swift, organised, cooperative and able to work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and cooperate effectively with other kitchen and hospitality staff. Keep kitchen equipment, work surfaces and cooking areas clean and properly organised. Carry out any other duties as assigned. Assist with menu preparation, ingredient selection and kitchen planning when required. Ensure food is properly prepared, cooked, presented and served on time. Follow all company policies, food safety procedures and health and safety standards. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness at all times. Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, standards and guest requirements. Minimise food waste and use ingredients responsibly. Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism and a positive attitude at work. Monitor kitchen supplies and report low-stock or damaged items to the appropriate supervisor. Multitask and prioritise responsibilities: according to operational needs. Ensure proper storage, handling and preservation of food items. Be willing to learn, adapt and take instructions from supervisors and management. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy. Minimum Requirements: Must be cooperative, respectful and willing to take instructions. Must be able to work effectively in a team. Must be smart, swift and efficient in carrying out tasks. Minimum of 3 years' experience: working as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role. Basic computer literacy is required. Must be able to multitask and work under pressure. N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
