Support internal and external audits by pulling requested documents, schedules, and sample transactions. Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements, management reports, and budget variance analyses. Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls. Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and improve internal controls using spreadsheet tools and accounting software.
