Duties & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Process Excellence: Align operational goals with business strategy while implementing standardized tools, best practices, and execution frameworks. Commercial & Tender Oversight: Direct service tender packages, vendor evaluations, contract awards, and technical pricing to win and acquire O&M service agreements. Financial & Project Governance: Take full accountability for budgets, risk management, delivery timelines, and profit margins to meet company financial targets. Stakeholder & OEM Engagement: Manage OEM technical training programs and maintain strategic relationships with clients, global partners, and regulatory agencies. Operational & Service Delivery: Lead operations teams in executing O&M contracts and maintenance projects, managing staffing, inventory, site safety, and contractor performance.
