Key Responsibilities: Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct targeted research on corporate, fintech, payments, employment, and commercial law trends and updates. Regulatory & Compliance Support: Assist with licensing applications, regulatory filings, and ongoing correspondence with regulatory bodies; monitor legal obligations and renewal timelines. Dispute & External Stakeholder Management: Assist with dispute resolution, debt recovery, and litigation support while liaising with external solicitors and government agencies when required. Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and proofread corporate agreements, NDAs, service contracts, employment agreements, and other legal documentation. Legal Administration & Governance: Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, legal filings, and manage execution and repository systems for all contracts. General Legal Support: Execute legal and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal or Executive Management. Key Requirements: Ethics & Tech: High standard of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, alongside proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
