Monitor workshop operations to reduce downtime and improve equipment availability. Maintain maintenance records, job cards, reports, and spare-parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workshop standards. Supervise and mentor workshop technicians, mechanics, and apprentices. Support efficient spare-parts management and timely material requisition. Requirements: HND / B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience: in workshop operations, maintenance, and repair, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and repair. Good understanding of preventive maintenance planning and inventory control.
