The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience: in Feed Mill operations and possess strong knowledge of in-process quality inspection, sampling techniques, and quality control procedures. Candidates must have previous Feed Mill experience. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine quality checks on feed ingredients, mash, pellets, and finished products. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and operating procedures. Collect and test raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished feed products according to established quality standards. Support investigations into quality complaints and recommend corrective actions. Identify quality deviations and immediately report non-conforming products or production issues. Conduct in-process quality inspections throughout the feed production process. Ensure production complies with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. Record inspection results accurately and prepare quality control reports. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience: in Quality Control/In-Process Testing within a Feed Mill is mandatory. Knowledge of feed ingredients, quality standards, and production procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to identify quality defects and recommend corrective actions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
