We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Floor Manager Location: Amuwo Odofin / Mainland, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Conduct regular inspections of the floor, VIP areas, bar areas, and other sections. Monitor the cleanliness, appearance, ambience, lighting, music, tables, chairs, and overall presentation of the floor. Ensure adequate stock with necessary materials, including glassware, cutlery, napkins, menus, and other service items. Ensure that all areas are properly set up before the commencement of service. Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned floor throughout each shift. Ensure that operational procedures and Company standards are strictly followed. Identify operational challenges promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the Human Resource Manager. Key Objective: The overall objective of the Floor Manager is to ensure that the assigned floor operates efficiently, profitably, safely, and professionally while delivering an exceptional guest experience: and maintaining the Company's standards at all times Qualifications and Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Minimum of 2–5years' relevant experience: in hospitality, restaurant, lounge, and bar, Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy floor. Minimum of an HND/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience: is an advantage. Good knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service. Good understanding of POS systems and basic sales controls. Personal Attributes: A proactive and solution-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Good conflict-resolution skills. Accountability and attention to detail. Professionalism and integrity. Good communication skills.
