We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Tiling Supervisor Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Train and mentor junior tilers on best practices. Set out tile layouts, levels, and patterns accurately. Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing, alignment, levelling, and grouting. Prepare daily site progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager/Site Engineer. Manage tilers, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment while minimising waste. Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment. Supervise all tiling works, including floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, and external areas. Requirements: Good understanding of HSE standards and site safety practices. Strong knowledge of ceramic, porcelain, granite, marble, and mosaic tile installation. Minimum of 5 years' experience: supervising tiling works on building construction projects. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs. Proven experience: managing site teams and delivering quality workmanship.
