We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Maintenance Officer Location: Ibadan, Oyo Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, water, and other facility systems. Ensure all tools, equipment, and facilities are kept in good working condition. Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by management. Coordinate with contractors and technicians when specialized repairs are required. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards. Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and facilities. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns. Requirements: Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance work. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related technical field.
