You’ll curate personalized gift selections, guide customers through purchase choices, manage daily store operations, take inventories and create engaging weekly social media content using Canva, CapCut, and other AI tools. Responsibilities: Curate unique gift packages and suggest upsell options to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate inventory tracking, and keep regular sales record Oversee daily opening, closing, and operational routines. Engage with walk‑in and online customers, helping them select tailored gifts based on their briefs, occasion, budget, and recipient. Track content performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement. Plan and create daily contents for the company’s social media platforms Update and analyze sales and inventory data for daily and monthly reporting. Key Requirements: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (social media content production). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously. Familiar with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Zoho , Quickbooks (or willing to learn) Basic knowledge of using Canva, Capcut and other similar apps Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
