Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favourable terms. Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Work closely with the Store/Inventory team to monitor stock levels and replenishment needs. Maintain accurate procurement, supplier, and inventory-related records. Conduct market surveys and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure all purchases comply with Company procurement procedures and approval processes. Verify quantities and quality of items received. Prepare regular procurement reports for Management. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Procurement, Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience: in procurement. Proven experience: in inventory/stock management is mandatory. Experience: in hospitality, restaurant, bakery, food production, or FMCG is an advantage. Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and vendor management skills.
