Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to retirement, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous improvement. Manage campaign budgets efficiently, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact. Promptly address escalated issues involving the product team, ensuring timely resolutions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly configuration and issue resolution records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide comprehensive product management and support for products, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations. Maintain a minimum issue resolution rate between 85% to 90% by the end of each month, implementing proactive measures for continuous improvement. Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives, both for new and existing products. Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy. Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team, keeping members informed about product and partner updates. Contribute to enhancing customer engagement and retention features within products by optimizing customer touchpoints with relevant and compelling content. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information or Business Sciences, or related fields. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience: is a key advantage. 2 to 3 years’ experience: in a Project Management role. Skills/ Requirements: In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks. Advanced skills in the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of working with JIRA is an added advantage. Strong Project Management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage effective project teams. Mandatory background of working in a software development environment or of liaising with Software Developers. Salary Very Attractive.
