Talent Recruitment Manager Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 18 - 20 years Location Lagos Job Field Human Resources / HR Job Summary The Recruitment Talent Manager will lead strategic manpower planning, talent acquisition, workforce mobilization, and talent pipeline development across the organization. The role will ensure the timely availability of qualified manpower for business operations and major projects, while driving localization, recruitment governance, and workforce efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Monitor approved manpower against actual deployment, vacancies, recruitment pipelines, and evolving business requirements. Develop and execute manpower plans for greenfield and brownfield projects across construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations. Lead executive, technical, specialist, and high-volume recruitment across engineering, project management, operations, maintenance, and other critical functions. Develop local talent pipelines, succession plans, and localization initiatives while maintaining access to international talent markets. Support organization design, workforce structures, position creation, job grading, and manpower optimization. Ensure recruitment processes, approvals, documentation, assessments, and offers comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Partner with business leaders, HR teams, project management, and functional heads to understand workforce requirements: and deliver recruitment solutions. Develop workforce and recruitment dashboards covering vacancies, hiring progress, time-to-fill, manpower gaps, recruitment costs, and pipeline performance. Lead and develop the recruitment team, establish performance objectives, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment effectiveness. Requirements: & Qualifications 18–20 years progressive HR experience, with significant responsibility for manpower planning and talent acquisition. Minimum of 5 years in a senior recruitment/workforce planning leadership role. Proven experience: supporting large manufacturing, petrochemical, fertilizer, oil & gas, power, infrastructure, or heavy industrial organizations. Strong experience: mobilizing workforce for greenfield/brownfield projects through construction, commissioning, start-up, and operational phases. Demonstrated recruitment experience: across engineering, project management, operations, maintenance, and specialist technical roles. Strong exposure to Nigerian and international talent markets. Experience: working in multicultural, multi-business, and geographically dispersed organizations is desirable. Technical & Functional Competencies: Strategic workforce planning and forecasting.
