The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The successful candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent project execution capabilities, and the ability to work effectively across business, technology, operations, and other functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements. Ensure proper project documentation, governance, and reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant banking, financial services, regulatory, and organisational requirements: where applicable. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Strong organisational and time-management skills. 4–7 years of proven project management experience. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, preferably Agile and/or Waterfall. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: delivering technology, digital transformation, ERP, core banking, payments, or other financial services projects.
