Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with the creative director to map out visual styles, shot lists, and execution strategies on the ground in Lagos. Post-Production Mastery: Own the editing process from start to finish—including narrative pacing, sound design, and color grading—to deliver polished, high-end final cuts. Data & Asset Management: Maintain a disciplined workflow for offloading, backing up, and organising raw footage and project files.
